The Baltimore City Department of Transportation would like to advise motorists of the traffic modifications in effect for the Walk MS Baltimore which will be held on Saturday, April 07, 2018 starting at 7:00 a.m.   

The event will begin and end at the Canton Waterfront Park along Boston Street.   For the 5K race, participants will exit the park and turn left onto Boston Street, left on Aliceanna Street, and left onto Wolfe Street.  The course continues left onto Fell Street, then left on the waterfront promenade to finish at Canton Waterfront Park.

For the 1 Mile course, participants will leave Canton Waterfront Park and turn right onto the Waterfront Promenade, then right just before the Boston Street Pier Park, right onto Boston Street, and right into Canton Waterfront Park to Finish.

During the event, one lane of travel will be coned off for participants along the race route.  Temporary traffic stops may be implemented for the safety of participants.  Motorists traveling in this vicinity should be on the watch for pedestrians and are encouraged to use alternate routes.
